Returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied in the first 30 days since your purchase, we’re here to help. Please email care@tens.co to get started.


Once your return has been accepted, wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all manuals and accessories. This is very important.

Please include a note with the RMA number (you’ll receive this returns authorisation number via email) inside package.

We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping back to Tens.

If you received a damaged product, or your product becomes faulty, then please notify us immediately for assistance.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
